Important Details
CONTEST RULES
§1. General Provisions
1.1. The Organizer of the Contest is: Sandi Studio Photography, located at Unit A, 1 Crown Gate, Poundbury, DT1 3EJ.
1.2. The Contest is organized within the territory of the United Kingdom and will be conducted via the Sandi Studio Photography Facebook page.
1.3. The Contest is not a lottery or a gambling game. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
§2. Duration of the Contest
2.1. The Contest starts on November 7, 2024, and ends on November 12, 2024.
§3. Conditions of Participation
3.1. To participate, an individual must:
- Have liked the Sandi Studio Photography Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sandistudio
- Have shared the contest post on their Facebook profile.
- Comment on the contest post with their dream photoshoot or a special memory captured in a photo.
3.2. Participants must have an active Facebook account.
3.3. Employees of Sandi Studio Photography and their family members are not eligible to participate.
§4. Prizes
4.1. The prize pool for the Contest includes:
1st Prize: A Premium photo session at Sandi Studio Photography, worth £179, including:
- 60-90 minute session
- 2 outfit changes
- 8 fully edited, high-quality digital images
- Private online gallery
- 8 prints (6×4)
- 1 larger print (20x30cm)
2nd Prize: 50% discount on any photo session.
3rd Prize: 40% discount on any photo session.
4.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used by the winner or gifted to others.
§5. Method of Selecting Winners
5.1. The winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible participants.
5.2. The draw will take place on November 13, 2024. The time will be announced on the last day of the contest.
5.3. The winners will be notified via Facebook message on the day of the draw.
§6. Complaints Procedure
6.1. Any complaints about the Contest should be sent to hello@sandistudio.com within 7 days of the announcement of the results.
6.2. The Organizer will respond to the complainant with a decision within 14 working days of receiving the complaint.
§7. Data Protection
7.1. The Administrator of personal data for the Contest participants is Sandi Studio Photography.
7.2. Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and for the marketing purposes of the Organizer.
7.3. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.
§8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules. Any changes will be announced on the Sandi Studio Photography Facebook page.
8.2. Matters not covered by these Rules will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
