We’re thrilled to welcome you to our new, beautifully designed studio in the heart of Poundbury. Created with families in mind, our space is warm, inviting, and filled with natural light, providing the perfect backdrop for your Christmas photos.
Important Information for Your Photoshoot:
- Booking: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your session slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand little ones can be unpredictable! Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll happily work with you to find a new time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
- Studio Care: We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment in our Poundbury studio. Parents/guardians are kindly reminded they are responsible for their children and any damages caused within the studio during the session.
- Personal Photography/Videography: You are welcome to take behind-the-scenes photos or short videos during your session, but please consult with us first. We kindly ask that you stay outside the main shooting area to avoid disruption.
- Communication: We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 48 hours (usually much sooner!). If you haven’t heard back, please check your spam folder or feel free to reach out again.
- Photo Products: After your session, you’ll have the opportunity to order beautiful albums, frames, prints, and photo boxes to showcase your chosen images. These can be ordered via your online gallery or by contacting us directly.
- Session Guide: Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, you’ll receive our helpful guide packed with tips on how to prepare for your family photoshoot, including what to wear and bring!
- Image Delivery: Your package includes 4 fully edited, high-resolution digital images selected by you from your private online gallery. Please note that RAW/unedited images are not included in any package and are not available for purchase, as editing is integral to our final artistic product at Sandi Studio Photography.
